- Pursuant to Article 13 item 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the European Union 2016.119.1) (“GDPR”), we inform you that:

- Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes, while the legal basis for the processing of personal data is primarily Article 6 item 1 letter c pursuant to Article 221 of the Labour Code, as well as Article 6 item 1 letter a of the GDPR, i.e. consent to the processing of personal data contained in the CV or other documents that you provide to the employer, which are not explicitly required by the provisions of labour law regulations. With regard to personal data processed on the basis of consent to data processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The administrator will process your personal data, also in subsequent recruitments, if you give your consent, which can be revoked at any time. If the documents contain the data referred to in Article 9 item your consent to their processing will be necessary, and this consent can be revoked at any time.
- Recipients of your personal data may include entities processing data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement, as well as cooperating entities and entities required to do so by legal regulations. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
- Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the recruitment. In the case of your consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, your data will be used for a period of 2 years.
- You have the right to access their data and their correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or transfer of personal data in cases specified in the GDPR.
- During the processing of the candidate’s personal data, no exclusively automated decision-making or profiling takes place, as referred to in Article 22 item 1 and 4 of the GDPR. - If you believe that the processing of personal data violates applicable law,
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Data Protection Office.
- Providing personal data by the candidate in the scope resulting from Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Without processing this data, conducting the recruitment process and employment would not be possible. Providing other data is voluntary.
