History

1991

We opened our first location on the premises of the old Rena-Kord weaving mill at Milionowa Street in Łódź. In early October, Farbolux, a textile dyeing and finishing plant, was launched. Initially, the company had one pressure dyeing machine, a few beam dyeing machines, a dryer, and a calender. At that time, the company had eight employees.

1994

The establishment of an in-house laboratory allowed for precise selection of dye recipes and increased quality control, thus enhancing Farbolux’s competitiveness in the market.

1995

Growing revenues enabled further investments in our machinery park. Already in the 1990s, the plant had the most advanced technical solutions in the field of textile machinery from global manufacturers such as Thies, MCS, Ferraro, Mario Crosta.

1996

The company received the European Union’s “EU Flower” quality mark and the Oeko-tex Standard 100 trustworthy textiles, Class I label, as well as certification for management systems according to PN:EN ISO 9001:2008 and PN:EN ISO 18001:2004 standards.

2000

At the turn of the century, the company’s team consisted of 110 employees. By 2005, this number had grown to 140.

2006

The investment rate reaches the level of EUR 1.5 million (for the “Business Forum”).

2008

Acquisition of a dyeing facility with Danish capital, employing 50 people. The company expanded its machinery park to include 24 dyeing machines. Professional stabilising, compacting, cropping, and shearing equipment was installed. A second steam generator was added, and water treatment systems were improved.

2009

On July 1, 2009, a capital merger between “Farbolux – Biliński” and “Biliński” took place. The activities of “Farbolux” were phased out, and production was transferred to Konstantynów Łódzki. Textile dyeing and finishing services have since been provided under the brand name Zakład Włókienniczy “Biliński” Sp. J.

2013

In response to the growing market demand, the company has expanded its offer with digital printing on natural raw fabrics. The machinery park was equipped with state-of-the-art Italian machines known for their high precision in colour reproduction and details. The new range of services was developed under the brand Biliński Textileprint.

2015

Revenue from sales amounted to over PLN 51 million.

2018

The company owns over 40 dyeing machines of various types, 7 stabilisers (including those for fabrics), 3 round compactors, 2 width compactors, and 2 calenders. Additionally, services are further enriched with cropping, shearing, sanding machines, and tumblers. The processing capacity of the machinery park is estimated at 25 tons per day. Thanks to modern solutions and the commitment of owners Waldemar and Kamil Biliński, along with a team of over 280 employees, the company provides comprehensive textile finishing services at the highest level.

2019

The machine park of the Digital Printing Department is expanded. At the beginning of the year, a new-generation digital printer is launched.
